Good solid high quality. I’ve my treadmill on it. The mat protects my carpet and it cleans easily. Great investment at a decent cost.

I have it for my free weights. Had to purchase a carpet pad to put under it. I use it in my basement and had it on the concrete floor. Not thick enough to protect the floor from getting cracked if I dropped the weight on it. It’s ok, but I’m sure you will find much better.

I found two of these mats to be more than adequate for my admittedly small house gym, consisting of PowerBlock weights with stand, an adjustable bench, small recumbent bike, Swiss ball, and dip stand. The nonslip surface is nice when you’re performing push-ups. The mats aren’t cushioned, but for my purposes that is not a defect. More…
